Used or second hand II Galli HYDRAULIC DOUBLE HEAT CUTTING AND HOT EMBOSSING MACHINE for leather belt and dog collar.

Machine design to carry out at the same time cutting of the tip, holes, the numeration of the length, of the size, stamp of logo,  code and cutting also of the end section of belts, shoulder-straps for handbags and strips in general (buckle side). 
This stamping unit comes as standard set-up with a device including 6 index for article composition, 3 holders for logo and one index for sizes.
this entire set-up is for 170mm long.

Machine is equipped with safety push-buttons, counter for pieces, an holder for tools with metric size for an easy positionning; side protections, pneumatic air cleaning device; working area remains clean.Machine can be also integrated with optionals; such as an "led pointer" as reference for cutting; heated kit to print a logo between tip and holes; and also a safety photocel device.
